It is finally my birthday!! Time flies so fast, I find it hard to believe I am already a year older.
Feels like yesterday I was still 18 and just got my driving license.. But one year older, one year wiser I would say. And I really feel this way. Every single thing happened for a reason, sometimes it was a lesson, sometimes a blessing. But if you are smart to take something out of it and learn, you really grow. Become wiser. I don’t regret anything. Even if sometimes not everything turns out being perfect, I try to take the best out of it and use every single day to the fullest. Living the real Carpe Diem.
In the end, its not the years in your life that count, its the life in years. And don’t reject any single wrinkle, as they all indicate where the smiles have been.
At the end it is all the way you make it. Getting old is the part of every day. With the signals we send to the universe we create our lives, so think positive and make your life interesting To really live life! Today is the oldest you’ve ever been, and the youngest you’ll ever be again. Why not use it I celebrated with many friends different cities. Its a good reason to gather friends together again and celebrate. So I did my first celebration just before leaving London with my dear friends there, one on a stop in Madrid that was really unforgettable – with Marriachis. And the actual birthday in Forte dei Marmi in Italy and Ibiza. Starting the day in Italy, finishing in Ibiza. Truly remarkable feeling. As well as being loved and have so many good friends around me. Still need to plan the last ones in my fav cities – Ljubljana and Belgrade!
With all that being said I always remember and repeat to myself how grateful I can be to be at the point of my life where I am, to travel, work what I love, and to really have the most amazing friends and family. What would I do without you!?! It is important to count your blessings and be grateful. Not just take it for granted.
Sending you all of my love and don’t forget.. Seize the day! MM
