Wanna have a flat belly? I know I do. :)
It doesn’t really matter if you are skinny or not, sometimes you notice that you are losing muscle tone in the tummy area and that your stomach is bloated. How to fight this? It turns out it’s easier than you expect. All you need is 5 minutes of your time in the evening to prepare a drink for yourself that you will be consuming the next day. And the preparation is so easy. All you need is lemon, cucumber, ginger and mint leaves.

Take 2l of cold water, boil it, add grated ginger root, one cucumber that you have previously cut in small and thin pieces, one lemon, also cut, and 5-7 leaves of mint. Leave this drink in your fridge for at least 8 hours. After that – enjoy your lemonade! After only few days you will be able to enjoy the results as well. And who would ever think it is so simple and easy to make?

Its easy to do it anywhere and anytime. Also a great trick if you are traveling (like me) and dont really have time to workout lately, so at least something I can do… And it tastes amazing, so its def a great and refreshing start of the day!
