Cannes film festival was unbelievable and unbeatable like every year. I love how life always brings you new surprises. French coast is known as one of the most beautiful ones, and this year the weather was really good to us..so we managed to even enjoy the sun for a bit.
French people are known as being a bit rude, but nothing too crazy ever happened to me. Cannes is one of the most popular places on Cote d’Azur (on the French Riviera).
You should definitely do a walk to the iconic Boulevard de la Croisette, where you can walk around and find all of the most luxurious shops and most of the beach clubs / restaurants. Two roads behind parallel to it, you can find a road full of small shops, where you can buy high street brands like Zara, etc. You should also explore Palais des Festival et des Congres, where all the movies are being played at the time of the film festival.
If you are planning a trip to Cannes, you should try to make some quick trips to discover also places around like Nice, Monaco and St.Tropez. There i enormous amount of great restaurants and bars arounds, as well as its very close to each other. French coast is known as being very expensive, but it offers you a lot. Down you have a list of best places in my opinion, and some trips recommendation. And followed by a look book.
